A word on authenticity

Handcrafted goods have a soul that mass production simply cannot replicate. The block-printed textiles we carry are made by skilled artisans using traditional techniques passed down through generations — wooden blocks, natural dyes, and a level of human attention that a factory floor will never match. When you buy from Texverse, you are buying the real thing.

Unfortunately, the market for imitation handcrafted goods is very much alive. Copies tend to reveal themselves quickly: the fabric feels thinner and rougher, the colours look flat or slightly off, and the print registration is uneven in a way that feels accidental rather than artful. Genuine block printing has a warmth and a slight variation to it that is entirely intentional — it is the human hand, not a flaw.
