Return Conditions
Returned items should be sent back in their original condition.
Please ensure that the items are:
- unworn, unused, and unwashed;
- undamaged;
- returned with original tags, labels, and packaging where possible;
- packed securely for return shipping.
For textile products, please handle the items only as necessary to check their nature, characteristics, and fit. You may be liable for any loss in value if the item has been handled beyond what is necessary for inspection.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to confirm that it meets the return conditions.
If your withdrawal is approved, we will refund the payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery where legally required. If you selected a more expensive delivery option than our standard delivery, we are not required to refund the additional delivery cost.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original order, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not be charged any refund fee by us.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you provide proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.

Return Deadline
After informing us of your withdrawal, you must send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal.
The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period expires.
Items Excluded from Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to your specifications or clearly personalised.
This may include, for example, custom-made textile items, personalised products, or products specially altered according to your request.
Sale Items
Sale items may be returned only where required by applicable consumer law. Any additional voluntary return options for sale items are at our discretion.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, size, or design, please place a new order and return the original item in accordance with this policy.
